05 navigato rear air suspension not inflating new bags compressor turns on just do t I flate

Suspect dirt or foreign objects inside lines/tubes from compressor to the bags. Also could be collapsed lines. Add an air pressure gauge to the lines to see if the compressor is inflating the proper air pressure. Try inflating the new bags with an outside source. God bless your efforts.

Lincoln navigator still shaking after changing spark plugs & coils. Whats the problem?

sounds like you have a cylinder with low compression like a sticking/burnt out valve get a compression check done first then check for air leaks on the inlet manifold ie, the gaskets

Unable to remove starter on

Where are you stuck?
Removal & Installation 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Raise and safely support the vehicle. 3. Remove the starter terminal cover. 4. Remove the terminal nut and separate the battery starter cable from the starter motor. 5. Disconnect the solenoid (S) terminal connector, if equipped with a starter mounted solenoid. NOTE: To disconnect the hard-shell connector from the solenoid (S) terminal, grasp the plastic shell and pull off; do not pull on the wire. Pull straight off to prevent damage to the connector and (S) terminal. 6. Remove the starter motor retaining bolts. 7. Remove the starter motor from the vehicle. To Install: 8. Place the starter motor in position and install the starter motor retaining bolts. Tighten the bolts to 15-20 ft. lbs. (20-27 Nm). 9. Install the battery starter cable and a terminal nut to the starter motor. Tighten the terminal nuts to 79 inch lbs. (9 Nm). 10. Connect the solenoid (S) terminal connector, if equipped with a starter mounted solenoid. 11. Install the starter solenoid safety cap. If equipped. 12. Lower the vehicle. 13. Connect the negative battery cable. Start the engine several times to check starter motor operation.

The air suspension on my 2005 Lincoln Navigator

Your fluid in the unit is too heavy and will act this way until it's warm enough to start flowing thru the pump. Heat from the engine is apparently what is warming the fluid enough to make it work after it warms up. Have the fluid changed to a much lighter fluid in the pump reservoir.

Navigator liftgate window latch won't lock

Check the link under the the liftgate panel. You will need to remove the plastic skin off the liftgate. I have a Buick but the link sometimes pops out of the the plastic clip. About a 15 min job.

2008 navigator, which has had a slow leak for a while...back would be low if it sat unused for more than a day. It would air up and then be ok and hold. Last week, started not holding air.

2010 Lincoln navigator: it is stuttering and surging while accelerating. Spark plugs/wires/ignition coils/throttle valve body replaced recently with no positive results.

I believe this is a "cam phaser" motor. Web search for these problems. There was a recall on engines like this. A quick explanation is that "cam phasers" are used to time the valves on each cylinder head. Most engines use solid timing chains, but these engines use phasers in-between. The problem is when the phasers do not adjust each cylinder head equally. They are suppose to. It can be an expensive problem to fix. You might try Marvel mystery oil or risolone to clean the oil passages.

2006 Lincoln Navigator. My

Electronics involved ! The climate control seat system is able to heat and cool the front seats. Each climate controlled seat is operated by push-buttons on the dual automatic temperature controller (EATC) located on the instrument panel. Each front seat temperature is then monitored and controlled by the dual climate control seat module (dual CCSM) located underneath the passenger front seat cushion. Both the driver and front passenger climate controlled seats are independently controlled electronically by the dual climate controlled seat module (CCSM) mounted to the bottom of the passenger seat cushion. The climate controlled seat system only operates with the engine running, however, if using a diagnostic tool to command the dual CCSM, diagnostic testing can be carried out with the ignition switch key ON engine OFF (KOEO). The system receives power from central junction box (CJB) fuse 118 (30A) through circuit 1153 (RD/BK) feeding battery voltage into dual CCSM C3265b pins 1 and 24. If power is disconnected from either pin 1 or 24 of dual CCSM C3265b, only 1 seat will be disabled (pin 1 for driver seat, pin 24 for passenger seat), the other will remain operational. Since both climate controlled seats operate independently, if a fault occurs setting a DTC specific to either climate controlled seat, only the affected seat will be disabled by the module and the other will remain operational. Sorry , but it would be best for you to take it to the dealer or someother qualified repair shop.

Rear air suspension doesn't inflate everytime vehicle is started

My Buick had this problem and we found the pump was worn out. It just would not blow up when trying to run. They wanted a lot of money to replace it and the shocks.so I bought a kit that the air line hooks underneath the license plate Now about once every three months I use my air compressor to pump it up. My old air shocks lost air all the time. My new air shocks stay blowed up for over three months.

Q: How do you replace the cabin filter on a 2002 Lincoln Navigator?

Our research indicates that your vehicle does not have a cabin air filter (also known as a pollen or AC filter). Vehicles without cabin air filters typically have a plastic mesh that prevents leaves and other foreign objects from entering the HVAC system. This mesh is part of the vehicle and does not need to be changed.

07 Lincoln navigator blower motor not working

Check the fuses. If you only get hi speed from the blower, I'd say check the resistor block but no speeds at all is usually a fuse, a bad connection, a bad ground to the motor, something where the motor gets no juice at all. There may be more than 1 fuse if you have automatic climate control.

Undefined fuel filter on a 2009 Lincoln Navigator

check an owner manual or repair manual for location. I've seen fuel filters under the car in the fuel line and also could be attached near the pump. One car I had the filter was housed in a cheapo piece of plastic attached to the fire wall.
