Remove and replace hood latch
too easy. remove the latch, two bolts, maybe three. Pull it up. release they cable to it. You'll see how once up and clear. When setting it, raise the latch to the highest point, shut the hood. Lower it as necessary to make the hood match the other body parts. You don't have much adjustment on these so lower it slowly. If you lower it to low, it will start to get hard to pull the handle, and the hood won't pop up.

My 1999 Lincoln Navigator blows cold in the front and hot in the back, what is the problem
Is the rear HOT, or outside ambient temp? The good news is the A/C seems fine, rather a valve(vent)is stuck. check vacuum hoses. I think you need to do some fault isolation. MIGHT be faster to start from the rear since you know that's the termination point. You could even use some sort of bore scope on the end of a flexible object. Seeing is always the best Dx, IMHO. You can find one on Ebay for $20 or less. Once I acquired it I was amazed at how often I use it, both in the garage and the house. Just cleaned my dryer, and it allowed me to see what was left, which allowed me to concentrate on those areas. Many are also waterproof so you can check out plumbing.

My 04 navig batt gos dead batt is new. alt is good
how often do you use it if it isnt a daily driver it could be a clock etc. but if its a daily driver then chances are you have a bad wire the easiest but not so quick is to pull your fuses and hook up a voltage tester to the battery and one by one start to put the fuses back in and watch the tester to see what one is drawing the power other than clock then when you find it you will have to trace the wire checking for breaks cracks corrosion etc.

How to get rotors off ?
Rotors have to come off once or twice a year
All rust removed & you use anti-seize on all surfaces
or you get what you have
Torch?? Have to throw them away now,
& you may have ruined the Wheel Hub Bearings
with heat
A 2x4 & big hammer usually works
If you have a round driver for an air chisel, vibrate it loose

Driver side window wont go up?
If the other windows work, then it has to be in the driver's switch button, or the driver's window motor has given out, or a wire has come loose from the switch to the motor inside the door. Usually you have to take the door panel off to investigate. Can the switch and it's electrical connector be removed from the door panel? If you can get to that, you can use a couple of jumper wires and test the motor for operation...or noise-if it groans or buzzes or clicks a lot, you will have to remove the door panel to get to it for repair or replacement.
Has a liquid spilled on the driver's switch? That can disable the switch.
The jumper wires (2 paper clips work well) work thus: at the connector you will have a power wire (hot with key on) and a ground wire for the power windows. jumper those two to the two terminals for the driver's window motor, with key on. The window should go one way -either up or down- if you reverse the jumper wires the motor and the window should go the other way. if all works well like that, the motor, window regulator assembly, and the wiring is good, problem is in the switch.
