Even when you remove the ABS, your break won't work on the one wheel. You should look for the real cause of the break problem, not start unplugging fuses. When you disable the ABS, the only thing that happens is the wheels can block, while using the breaks. If already one wheel does not break, you run in even more trouble then before.

Po113 is the air temp code it was not transferred from old air cleaner po102 is a air flow code set from over oiling the new filter. the engine still will never rev over 3,000 rpms due built in rev limiter to stop over reving with no load.

If you mean the scanner is not working, check the cig lighter fuse first.

It can be issue with IAC( idle air control valve) causing the problem.

check the dpfe sensor ,it works in conjunction with the egr valve,it measures exhaust back pressure

Sounds like the pop off valve in the intake duct is stuck open, it is dumping boost pressure. Check boost pressure on the dash gauge.
