Does the electric fuel pump come on when you turn the key? It should make a buzzing noise for 3 seconds or so.

Either the starter solenoid is shorted to power or the electrical portion of the ignition switch has shorted to the start position.

that is illogical. the issue has to be with the gas tank repair. u need to get the air out of the gas line, or u missed replacing some wiring - but since the motor runs i'm going with air.

you can check for power at the large wire on the starter it should have battery voltage all the time and the small wire on the starter should only have power when someone is trying to start the car. if you have this then the starter is bad.

Wiggle the steering wheel next time you go into park. There is a lock plate under the steering wheel that a pin has to go up against to get the key out.

prime after the fuel filter on the out feed pipe to pump !

Sounds like more than one problem. The ABS light is on to tell you the abs system is disabled due to a problem. Same goes for the traction control which could be related to the abs system problem. Both systems have to work together. The temp gauge issue could be a faulty thermostat or the cooling system could be low on anti-freeze. The shifting problem could be related to either system.

the blend doors or the one way checvalve is not workin--their vacuum operated but the doors are motor driven also--its a job to get into the dash--need a repair book etc-mite wanna take to a good independent--since its electic related try disconnectn batt or unplugn computer fora min and see if it clears

Clutch fingers or pilot bearing possibly worn. If clutch has cable, check adjustment. If hydraulic, check fluid level in slave master cylinder. Hope this helps.

engine surging could be faulty fuel pump or intake vacuum leak.could have bad plug wires or plugs.
