Bad alternator or battery is most likely issue

There should be a fuse chart located with your vehicles tool kit. In order for the top to function, the partition cover located in the trunk does need to closed. The micro switch for that is located on the right side where the slide cover guide is located. The hard top light will also blink fast when the partition cover is not in place. If the light blinks slowly then there is a fault in the system. By the concerns listed it sounds as if the vehicle may have a partially dead or low battery voltage. If that is the case then you can start the vehicle and push the suspension button to raise the vehicle. That should clear the warning on the cluster. The a/c blower motor will shut off if vehicle battery voltage is low and will remain off until the battery control module see a stable battery voltage for a certain amount of time. Once battery voltage is stable, the a/c should start working again, same goes for the hard top. The instrument clusters used to show a message saying 'consumers offline' but Mercedes got rid of that message after a couple years. If it looks like more then just a low battery issue then i recommend taking it to a service facility asap as you don't want to damage the hydraulic suspension pump by driving the vehicle around.

you could get a blinking/beeping device fitted , find a good auto electrician ,explain the problem and what you want done , it isn't that hard a job , technically its very straight forward but on a 33 year old car it's got to look just right as well .

Disconnect Battery

• As with any tasks on a Mercedes or other vehicle, when you are dealing with disconnecting and connecting electrical systems, you should always disconnect the negative battery terminal. This will ensure your safety and prevent you from getting an electric shock.

Dash Panel

• Pry the dash panel from the dashboard. There are two levers on the sides of the Mercedes factory-installed CD changer. Pulling down on the levers will release the radio from the bracket in the dash. You will have to remove the wiring and the antenna cable from the back of the system.

Installation

• You can replace it with a newer version of a CD changer or insert the same one, once it has been repaired. Slide the player into the installation sleeve of the stereo dock. Pay attention to where the wires were removed and connect the unit's wiring to the leads in the wiring harness adapter. Connect the antenna cable lead into the antenna detector. Snap on the dash panel to complete the removal and installation.

you car is a 1995. try this may help you. Reinitialize the system. Close all doors. Start the engine and apply the brake. Turn steering to full left lock and hold for two seconds, turn to right lock for 2 seconds, return to center. Repeat that procedure a couple of times. Move car forward and/or backward at least 30 feet. If there is no reset DTC and no stored or registered DTC, the MIL should go out.

If you have a single wiper assembly the part you realy want to lube is the shaft that the wiper arm is connected to, you will see a plastic cover at the base of the wiper arm , pull it off from the top of it ,it is a hinged cover , use a synthetic base lubricant. Good luck hope this helps

have a cooling system pressure test done . have a compression test done to check for head gasket problem. have a flow test done to check for blocked cores . Check coolant level in the radiator. fi the fan is connected on a viscous fan hub then replace the hub ( evident if the overheating occurs at stop lights or slow moving traffic of high engine rpm's as in going up hill). Check thermostat for opening and correct operation. Run fault codes to check for correct air/fuel ratio as lean mixtures will cause overheating..
