How did you clear the fault? By using a code reader and clearing it or by disconnecting the battery? That only erased the fault from the ECM memory. That fault code is specific to Mitsubishis, so I have no idea what it means. But if the problem that set the code originally has not been corrected, it will set the code (and turn on the light) as soon as you try to use the car again.
I tried to repair mine and it cost me more as I had to get a tow in and have my mechanic repair it. if you don't know what you are doing don't touch it. I could repair the older cars but not now.
You have a possible alternator that has gone bad, have it tested for proper operation. Any O'reilly or Autozone auto parts store does the test for free.
