Did it do it before the clutch was replaced? If not, bring it back to the shop that replaced the clutch and have them fix there mistake.

For the ac to stop working either the compressor clutch is not getting power or the gas is too low so the low pressure switch has switched the compressor off to stop sucking in air through the leak. The blower is controlled by the fan switch which is a 3 positional switch that has a resistor for each position. These resistors have a habit of burning out so the fan will not work. The resistors are in a block located in the blower housing. So you have two faults to fix.

I has the exact Same happen to my 2008 colt cz1 Same 5min whin Everything. This was about 8 month ago now and has never happened again yet. Asking around told Do Not Jet wash engine Bay or get the cpu in the Bay wet as a common fault on These cars is water getting in to cpu which causes difficult Start up and rougth running. If is water damage it may dry out and Run ok or new cpu is expensive. Mitsubishi of corse Know nothing of this fault when it happens even though Most mechanics Know its the First thing to Check for on These cars and the smart for4 which has identical parts and identical problem. difficult to diagnose ,would need to put a pressure tester on radiator and see what happens as white smoke is water vapour,unless its diesel as people often describe white smoke buts its a light grey which is fuel ,although the question does say TDI so am i to assume its a diesel turbo injection ,if it is then to think some more i would need to know if it has an injector pump or if its common rail .because you can have two completely different answers

If the glow plugs work just fine then yes, it's just the bulb . If the plugs don't work then the temporized relay (the one that powers them and the bulb) is defective - replace it.
