There is a designed in safety feature that mutes your radio until your seat belt is fastened. There is a electro-mechanical switch in the receiver side of your seat belt that tells the control system that your seat belt is on. It sounds like that switch as failed. You might try spraying some WD-40 or other not too messy lubricant into the receiver side of your seat belt but it will only be a temporary fix. You need to have that switch replaced. There isn't a reset. Have the codes read, fix the problem (could be many different things). Then it has to be reprogrammed. Usually dealer.

if the oil smells like gas then there is either too much fuel entering the cylinder and not being burnt or the oil has not been changed with in the change interval. also if you take short trips a lot this can cause this as the engine won`t get hot enough to burn excess fuel and it is always in cold mode allowing more fuel supplied than is needed. the white smoke usually indicates coolant burning, but keep in mind when its cold out you will get what looks like white smoke but is steam from the exhaust. does the smoke smell like something sweet as this will indicate coolant.

you have two fuse and relay boxes in your car : one is located on side of dashboard ( on driver side pannel ) and one next to engine compartment ( under front hood ) , you will have either a relay or a fuse says : horn , they usually 5 or 10 amps ( depending how big and loud is your horn ) , good luck
