In the exhaust is a soot filter known to PSA as a FAP. It regenerates [a sort of deliberate chimney fire] and burns some of the soot off every few thousand miles. The cerium additive is called Eolys [go Google] and is stored next to the diesel tank with a computer controlled dosing mechanism.
If you don't drive it long enough, fast enough; then the regeneration process won't commence and the filter will block. Take it for a 40 minute blast down a empty dual carriageway; it's unbroken time above 50 [around six minutes] that will start the process.
Alternatively; take it to your dealer
I've changed the resistor for the blower but i still have no power at all. All fuses are ok but no recirculation power either
Well , about all the help anyone could be is to tell you that testing the electrical circuit is how we diagnose these type problems . You need a wiring diagram , a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter an test the circuit . There are no magical repairs for electrical problems . Go on youtube an check out videos on basic electrical trouble shooting , how to read a wiring diagram . Then buy a electrical manual for the wiring on your year vehicle . It would be a whole lot easier just to take it to a qualified repair shop .
