Sounds like computer in emergency mode or you have inadvertently programmed driver door only. Your cars manual tells you how to disengage all doors from drivers door.Try pressing remote twice quick succession if all doors open reprogram to all door mode.

Most likely the door lock latch. It's a separate assembly, parts can be ordered from amazon. Not too hard to install if you're mechanically inclined.

Not enough oxygen results in unburn fuel (rich mixture) and too little oxygen (lean mixture) causes more pollutants and can actually damage your engine. Question edited for clarity. There are only a two relays in the box, but not listed for the wiper. This usually means that the wiper is either not covered by a relay or it is a function of the Body Control Module. There are fuses listed.
