2005 subaru forester timing belt broke
Not good. Its very likely that you have bent some valves on one or both heads. Get a new belt and pulley kit, and install it. By hand, rotate the engine to ensure that NOTHING is jammed. Take the plugs out and do a compression test. If the readings are normal, put the plugs back and start. If not, pull nor or more heads, get them reconditioned nada install new head gaskets.
Squeaky suspension
there are many bushings that can wear out and cause squeeks.

Please have a fuel pressure leak down test performed, most likely the check valve in the fuel pump has failed. A special tool and skills are needed top run this test.
Sounds like flat tire but tire is not flat
I suspect that the tire is old and the steel belts are failing. Pull the wheel off and check the tire for cracks in the tread, any out of round or bulges. Get a new tire (or tires).
