You do not just reset an SRS light. The system does a self test each time the key is turned to the ON position. If the system registers a problem it will disable the system and set the light. You need to have the vehicle scanned with a scanner that can access the SRS system to find what the fault is, repair the issue, then the light will go out.

First, check all the connectors and wiring on the O2 sensors as corrosion or a loose wire are often common causes for fault. If you have a scan tool, look at the graphing for the O2 sensors. Upstream will fluctuate while downstream is mostly steady and a dead sensor will have no display. If both are working properly then it is most likely the cat. Personally, if I was just guessing, I'd get 1 new sensor and start with the front. Clear the codes and test drive.    • Radiator outlet pipe
   • Oil pickup tube bracket
   • Lower oil pan. Tighten the bolts to 97 inch lbs. (11 Nm).
   • Front differential, if equipped
   • Steering gear
   • Front skidplate, if equipped
   • Front wheels

   • Negative battery cable
4. Fill the crankcase to the correct level.
