read the operators guide yet, it explains that. open glove box, take out opr. guide. see EPS Electronic Power Steering it has problems, and the book says, get it serviced. like all errors car can make (warnings) you can do 2 things.

1. get it serviced
2. or read the FSM book, it tells you what to do.. step by step.

old post you'd have to ask the dealer that, to do a reverse lookup. why post this, why not post name of part. or why asking backward, most folks diagnose problems , do tests, the find a bad part by name ,then look up number based on location and name to order a part, why backwards ? just curious. never seen a question on any form like this in 10 years.

check fuses.if good, the player is jammed, service said player.some players have a emergency eject feature. RTm.every player is different , RTM for your player.on some there is a tiny hole, you push in a paper clip and pushand it ejects.others the lid must come off.most stock or DIN radio heads, etc, need a special key to removethem. unlocks it and then the head comes out with screws.codes are for unlocking a locked head, (software, if not enabledyou dont have this.)

They are electronically controlled by computers and those computers have diagnostic codes that tell you the problem and the fix. An auto electrician with a professional grade scan tool computer can do a full diagnosis in 20 minutes. The spring is probably just to keep the hose from bending roo sharp or collapsing at the point. You can buy a piece of his and some couplers and cut out and replace the damaged section
