P1610 (is power train code =p) i have no books on non USA cars. nor access to them so not saying COUNTRY , forces me to guess engine and codes. so i did what you failed to do , i searched on FIXya forum and found this. my best guess , would be... as per below. (no real FSM) I see only 1 , a Reno. wrong car, but my online source shows no usa swift data at all. 2011 P1610 is a resulting DTC from the "LOCK MODE" condition which is set for various NATS malfunctions or an improper key being used. with no year car stated nor which of 6 engines is there, who would know. i guess you lost the operators guide? it shows you all service points under the hold. nor own a camera to post a photo of the object leaking.???? no fluid color state, clear , tan, red, pink, green, orange, black, ? or?

ok , you scanned it (old post) you see EVAP codes, unsated. gas cap loose? reset button on scanner, drive with tight cap. (easy stuff) no it still fails, new, cap? still fails. ok the easy peasy stuff done. this is the tank vents failing or the EVAP test devices bad. in a shop we do the tank leak downtest, (cap adaptor) and it fails, we find the lines (vent) cracked) and its fixed or passes this, and we test the evap control valves and 1 fails. all this is covered in the FSM every step, no guessing and no secrets. alldata.com or suzuki pit stop plus. yes, google for URLs.. both are top choices.

no engine type stated, there are 6 engines used. but bad idle is caused by 2 things.

• misfire.
• or lean AFR, lean fuel mix.. causes HUNTING

the ECU can also cause the hunt if it can not hold hot idle to spec. most cars is 800rpm.

you need to look in owners manual for the radio code. if its not there you need to go to dealer with vin and ask for code. its a safty feature so people wont steal your radio but its more of a headache.

No idea here i would suggest a visit to the garage that installed the gas conversion ,if i had my head inside the engine i might be able to work out whats wrong but from afar ? i stand no chance

hi, i take it your vehicle is a manual or stick shift, to check your clutch you use 4th gear and with the engine running drop the clutch to see if it either stalls out the engine or slips. if your clutch cable is broken you will need to repair that first. with engine off engage first gear and attempt to start it, make sure there are no children or animals close to the vehicle, if the clutch is ok with your pedal pushed down the car will start, otherwise it will crawl at a very slow speed, needing repair.
