if you got to add oil every 100 miles and no smoke then you have to have a leak... for that much of a leak, and nothing visible try wiping down the oil pan and placing paper under it to help spot where the oil is coming from, kinda sounds like for that much of an oil leak that it will be oil pan gasket or drain plug loose... just a guess

Not familiar with the vehicle however, if the "d" in "dti" stands for diesel, id check the large fuel filter; usually under the hood (bonnet). Possibly only needs the air bled out -especially if the filter has been changed recently.

Multiple scenarios: If there is a release pull handle inside the car, try having someone push down on the boot cover (hood) while you pull the release. Most often this will work. If the release cable is broken you may need to consult a mechanic.

yes you can but the error codes are not always a direct path to whats wrong. You often still need some good mechanical knowledge to identify the real problem.

Check your fuel filter and water separator.

When I had a vectra I had a problem when I parked it facing up hill or driving up steep hill kept cutting out to solve this I had to get a new fuel tank fitted
