Finding the relays under the front bonnet engine compartment in the fuse box is easy but finding out which relay of the four relates to what their purpose is, is another thing. The hand books certainly do not cover this. Good luck if you work them out. I am studying them now.

In some vehicles you need to press the unlock twice for the rear ones to unlock, if this does not work you may have to take it to the dealer.

Most likely the wiper switch itself needs replaceing.

This function is controlled by the body control module, have it scanned to see what shows up
