you coolant level sensor is bad it is located in the coolant bootle you have to change the bootle

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to make model category. Cranking, rotating, turning is all the same thing. Your vehicle is cranking but not firing /starting / running. Did you test the fuel rail fuel pressure with a gauge? On a diesel vehicle it is critical because there is so much pressure in the cylinders trying to force the fuel back.
