WHAT DO U MEAN?U HAVE A FAULTY KEY?OR U DO NOT SEE THE 1000 AT THE RADIO?

Do you have LED lights? Or are the bulbs saying 12 Volt? Did you check the battery voltage to? and is the voltage meter you are using ok? (calibrated) When the voltage on the battery is correct and on the lights it dropped 8 volts, you must have a bad (or more than one) connection or a bad switch or rely. Check the whole circuit to find the place where you lose the 8 volt.

Try turning the key on and off several times. Do not turn the engine over, just on and off. You will need someone to stand with their ear close to the "open" gas filler tube. What they should hear is a quiet buzzing sound that cycles about one second long then stops. This should happen at at least two of the key turns. If nothing is heard you may need a fuel system fuse or a new fuel pump.

I'm not familiar with that model, but the problem could be the temp sensor or relay. The pcm should read the sensor and turn on the relay when the temp exceeds normal. You can proble the relay socket to see if the pcm is trying to turn the relay on. See tips at link below. Do It Yourself Diagnosis and Repair
