You may have an old engine oil, why don't you have your car service and change oil and oil filter as well. Then if the problem still appears, then that's the time to start tracing where the problem really starts.

If the car is starting, running but not accelerating there may be a problem with the accelerator pedal position sensor or related circuit. The easy and cheapest fix is to get a new key cut and tape the head of the original key in close proximity to the halo ring sensor.

Sounds like you got motor oil in your coolant. What does the motor oil look like on the dipstick? If it's the same milky, muddy color and thick, you need to have some major work done. Either a head gasket or cracked head or block. If the motor oil looks OK, you need to drain, flush/clean, and refill your cooling system with fresh coolant. I would strongly recommend having an experienced mechanic check it out for you.
