P0193 = Fuel rail pressure (FRP) sensor - high input There is a sensor in the fuel delivery system for the fuel injectors. This sensor needs to be checked. Get a Good Mechanic to deal with this as fuel systems can be pressurised and need to be repaired in a certain way.

After doing some checking on most common causes I came up with this. I am including a simple and short video to show the testing procedure for a bad temp sensor which 99% of the time is the cause.

My vectra had water in ns footwell. It was caused by blocked drain in cabin air intake under bonet. Water filled up until it overflowed in to the car through the cabin heater air intake past the pollen filter. most cars have similar air intake so check that

The fusebox with the lighter fuse is in the engine compartment as depicted below. The minifuse that you need is #25.
