This might sound silly but have you checked the switches on the actual light fittings? They usually have three settings. Permanently Off, door controlled or permanently On. Did you have the PCM programmed to the vehicle? Sounds like it's in theft protection. The PCM needs to be programmed to the VIN of the vehicle

Stick your finger in one of the spark plug holes. Spark plug out. While someone is cranking the vehicle, if pressure pushes your finger back then your good on compression. If nothing. Then you need to find where your losing compression.
