Check for a feed wire from the battery that is bad. Fuseable links. Feed the fuse box directly from the battery to see if it will start.

Have you checked the brake light fuse to see if there is power at the fuse and out of the fuse, also check the brake light switch for power in and out when the pedal is pressed, do that and get back to me.?

year 2000? not really huh? seems the year is wrong, so if that is true ,is car wrong too, JEEP and grand cherroke wrong too? for example the 2011 Compass / Patroit 2011 (tsb to replace Pcm) ( have TSB, google finds it easy) see? 1: get it serviced yet? 2: read the FSM WJ book yet, do all tests it tells you to do ? there are only 2 paths. they do it , you do it.? which one? WJ 00 (dead end, no code there, OP posted wrong year,. ) U codes are specific to specific jeeps. and years. posting wrong car.... makes answers impossible. did you scan it yet? but one thing, we do , is check fuses first. if the ABS module does not talk, if in fact it is ABS code. and scan it, first. too. fuses then scan. or fail. these are factory codes, not usa federal codes like P-0300 so post full car spec, and engine, type for best answers. lets say car is a 2005 GC. and U0121 see chapter 8E-72 in fsm tells you what to do, if car is 3rd gen jeep GC, then it has this buss. the below is the buss, the can c bus the code means PCM cant talk to the ABS box. id be all over fuses. and resetting them all.

keyon .off 5 times then start. or crank for 5 seconds. this will prime it some cars dont prime with key on trick. only cranked.

2000 WJ jeep , USA when STALLS only driving , any time , or just as I come to stop it stalls. or stalls parked only. my guess parked only. which engine is there? 3.1L 4.0L 4.7L ? what transmission, what A/T trans, 42rle or ? mileage comp. like mine, it's useless. forget that. but dead battery reset that, and is of no matter. questions are plenty on all cases: (cars are complex!) the engine stalls.? sure. in to gear means , Drive and Reverse right? when you do that the PCM adds more air via the ISC idle speed control valve. and just my do that. and is good sign.

1. besides stalling, does engine and trans work great , driving, like fast /slow, , hot/cold engine, , up hills too, fast?
2. is the CEL lamp in dash on key on and off running.?
3. did you check all fuses.
4. what is miles on engine.
5. when did it run perfect last, 1 week ago, 1year, 10 years?
6. ever get and engine tune up this decade? spark parts and filters?
7. is the ASD relay dropping out just before the stall>?
8. is engine rpm below 800 RPM before the stall? hot engine.
9. does engine reach and old full engine temp, 180F or more?
10. use a scan tool and see all DTC errors yet, dont skip this.

get the A/T serviced? did you plug in a scan tool yet, and look for DTC errors if not why not. this is first. as are fuses and A/T fluid levels,

p0303 refers to cylinder 3 misfire==causes --engine mechanical fault--wiring--ignition / fuel system--injector--ECT/MAF sensor--ECM when chasing misfires remember that it is not always electrical but can be injector problems as well. It can be a crack in the distributor cap if you have one --faulty HT lead-- injector not working properly or a loose valve seat insert in the head. Have a compression test done for that one

sounds too much like a wheel imbalance, check all the wheel nuts are tight too (I know it sounds stupid but it has happened to me) some off-road tyres have a speed limit set to around 50mph.

check fuse is always first.
