Speedometer/Odometer is off about 10%, 2006 Jetta, 2.5

I have a 2006 and a 2004 Jetta - the '06 is off by 4 mph and the '04 is off by 2 mph - differences calcuated by multiple GPS units in the cars for testing.

Apparently I took the easy way out and bought larger tires to compensate for the speedo difference. My '04 now matches my GPS mph and my '06 is off by just .5 mph.

Go to http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp?action=submit and compare the OEM size to larger size tires - this will tell you, in MPH, the difference between the tires. Figure out how much your speedometer is off, go to this web site and find a tire that will be "faster" than the OEM that is equal or close to the speedometer difference.

My malfunction indicator light of my Toyota camry 2000 is blinking and the car cannot accelerate well. my mechanic seems not to understand the problem. what ca I do?

When you said "...indicator light blinking," I assume you mean "check engine" light is on. Procure a check engine code reader and download the trouble code. When you isolate which component the trouble code is talking about, ascertain its not a faulty sensor. Read the code reader instruction and look up "clear trouble code" to turn off the "check engine" light. Replace the sensor first and see if it stops sending the trouble code. If the sensor is still sending a trouble code (check engine lights up again), then replace the component which the sensor is monitoring. e8d51a8c-e69c-46a9-a698-59a9bf1939a6.jpg

Beeping sound, Jerks, and shuts off??

i would check into maybe a ful pressure regulator or maybe the fuel pump as you said before. you can always get volkswagen to check the fuel presure and run a leakdown test. or do it yourself if you have the tools to do so. the pressure should stay up even after the engine is shut down...

Change the battery and now my radio dont work

find the code (owner hand book radio section) or contact the dealer service centre (If factory fitted) for the code and enter it into the radio . It is an anti theft device that makes the radios useless if stolen which it reads as if you disconnect the battery.
