I have a 2007 patriot and the radiator cooling fan won't shut off. how do I fix it.
Funny usually it wont come on.
I should ask a question first is it on when the car is cold? just turn the key to on before you start the engine when it is cold and lift the hood to check.
If not then there could be lots of things. Engine always hot, worn water pump or thermostat not working properly, bad control relay.
You can check the control relay which is usually mounted on the lower rad support in between the grill and the rad. You should be able to see the relay it has fins on it.

4wd! Light on dashboard
Hi there:
Just its warning message that your "T-case is locked".
Now, is the light is on when it is not in part time 4wd. Pay attention for a bad sensor, frayed/grounded wire or water in the connector. CHeck it.
Good luck.

Front end rotation noise
It should have been thoroughly checked. Noises like these on four wheel drives could several different things. A bearing, CV axle, or the differential, or bearings in the differential. A wheel bearing will make different sounds when making a turn. A CV axle is a constant sound. Differential bearings can come and go, depending on if it is a bearing for the axle or a pinion bearing. Axle side bearings usually make a constant noise. The differential can also come and go. Depends on acceleration or slowing down. All these sounds are also with a vibration. Slight to harsh.

Remove door panel
According with the factory manual...
23 - Body/Door - Front/PANEL, Door Trim/Description
DESCRIPTION
Door trim modules include the hardware, window regulators, latch, remote handle and links, speakers and wiring harness. In addition to providing manufacturing efficiencies, the door modules benefit the customer too. Having all the parts assembled into a module improves build accuracy and fit and finish between the components and trim as a result of greater communication between the release engineers and suppliers.
Lower door trim (from the beltline down) is molded polypropylene. The door trim is two-tone with a darker color matching the instrument panel in the upper third and a lighter shade for the lower two-thirds, including the bolster and substrate.
2. Remove speaker (5),
3. Remove the trim screws (4) from the speaker opening.
4. Remove the trim cap (6) and the screw (1) at the inside handle.
5. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, remove the outside mirror trim (2).
6. Remove the door glass
7. Disconnect the latch linkages (1 and 2).
8. Remove the latch screws (4).
9. Disconnect main harness connector.
10. Remove screws and separate harness from door
11. Remove three upper bolts (1).
12. Lift the module (1) up off of the four trim hooks (3) and the lower regulator screws (4).
13. Pull the front of the trim module (1) out from the door and forward to remove the latch.
