Trailer Light Kit (2007 Jeep Wrangler)
I would not hesitate to buy it from auto zone. The 7 prong will have only 3-4 usable prongs, the others will be empty. The flat 4 prong is the same, just flat and only have the usable prongs. I work for BOSCH and this is a big example how bad people get ripped off. We make an aftermarket oxygen sensor for almost any car. It's produced for about $7. Sold to parts store for $12, and then sold to you for $60+ , It is produced the same way with the same components. But we also make the OEM for $7, sold to dealerships for $17 and cost you $100+. Dealerships are a rip off, but people hesitate to buy aftermarket parts when they are usually 100% made the same. It's all about money in the long haul for these dealerships. So buy the aftermarket 4 prong kit.

Blame it on the former owners. I don't know why it is, but some(rather a lot) of people take it out and into their home to read something and NEVER put it back. The used car department isn't really responsible for it. Just like extra keys and remote. A family member trades in a vehicle and only one of them is there to do the transaction, therfore the extras are back home or in her purse. Look on Ebay or craiglist for these.

My car is reving up when I down shift to slow the
As it should. Lower gear means higher engine revs.
Warning - downshift at too high a speed will cause damage to your engine and transmission.
Why are you dong this anyway? Saving the brakes? Pads are about $30.00 and should last 30 - 40 thousand miles. Downshifting puts unnecessary strain on your entire vehicle, even though it might be fun. It also increases fuel consumption and is hard on the tires.

Serpentine belt whining
you may need to replace the belt tensioner,if the belt is not worn out.Do not ever spray belt dressing on the belt to quiet it,that stuff will cause you more grief than it's worth and it should not be on the market .

Steering wheel shakes on highway and the front end
Has it been wrecked. If not could be the tires or could be that you have lost a weight on the rims. Have tire balanced or replace it the tires are bad or the alignment is out. Most of the times its the tires or weights have fell off the rim.

Water leak to floorboard on drivers side. Carpet
It it happens when it is raining. This seems to be a common problem with Vehicles.
There is
a seal on the passenger side Hood Hinge area. If this seal is cracked
or broken or missing you will get water in the car every time it rains.
The water runs down the windshield in to the Hing area under the Hood.
You
may need to take the hood off to get to the seal. First pour water over
the area, if it comes in the car there is your problem.
You can seal it with any water proof silicone sealer .

Is it because of the configuration of the fuel
Auto shut off on gasoline pump works on back pressure. If the nozzle itself is "kicking off" early, it could either be a bad nozzle or that the vent system in your vehicle isn't working properly. if the pump itself isn't shutting off, that is a problem with the pump, not your car. Some nozzles will work if held at a different angle or if they are not shoved down too deep into the vehicles fill neck. Problem in the vehicle is usually associated with a bad evap system valve as generally nothing happens to the vent line on the tank to the fill unless you had an accident.

2007 jeep wrangler tip start feature problem
First I would ask a friend to tow you to the auto parts store, and yes it sounds like you need a new starter. When the starter kept running it is because the bendix was stuck engaged. When you shut the jeep off and it would not turn over it is becuase the starter is fried. That happens with electrical componants.

Proper operating temperature on 2004 Jeep
The thermostat controls operating temperature. This occurs at a preset temperature (typically 195 degrees F. or so), which is usually stamped on the thermostat itself. The thermostat should be fully open about 20 degrees F. above the rated temperature. So your operating temperature is about right. If you have doubts, just replace the thermostat with a new one of the correct temp.
