This is actually a normal shift pattern when this vehicle is in OD mode. It set to allow best fuel economy. the Pcm is fine. this is just a factory setting that is used to help with fuel consumption. You can tune this out by purchasing a chip for the Cpu.(high performance chip)
While car is on fluid leaks out on bottom and
If it was mine, I wouldn't, but Barr's Stop-leak has been around for a long time.
Oatmeal, which also works well in an emergency, has been around even longer.
You really need to find the source of the leak, not just plug it.
This shouldn't be that difficult if someone is under the car when it is cold-started.
Grinding noise about 30 seconds after starting
Sounds like starter isn't disengaging, get that checked pronto, you could be damaging the flywheel (very expensive). Could be any appliance also; a/c compressor, idler pully, alternator, etc. Don't wait.
Hydro planed and rear wheel hit curb, bent in 45 degrees
on rear wheel drive the hub and bearing assembly is connected to an axle.the axle will have to be replaced more than likely.in a front wheel drive with independent rear suspension,an upper and or lower control arm and hub.either way is expensive and your insurance deductible will be alot cheaper than the 2500 to 3000 dollars it will take to repair it.
Insallation of oxygen sensor
Replacing an O2 sensor is not difficult to do but sometimes they are rusty and the threads on the exhaust pipe will come out with the sensor. Basically there is one wire and a proper O2 sensor socket should be used. A proffesional shop may do the job in 10 minutes but they will charge according to the industry standard (time wise).

Best bet have someone check pressure for year. Also if you still have a warranty I would send it in and let the dealer worry about. I know it is an inconvenience but hopefully they will take care of the problem.

SRT8 randomly not starting
sounds like the alarm feature is messed up if you can press the unlock feature on it and it works, or it's just a coincidence. no matter, the car should be under warranty if within the mileage and time frame, i would make the dealer fix the problem for free. Its their issue.

Electrical Failure of many features.
well, for starters if your car has a stabling system on it, you can check your owners manual for jacking the car to see if it tells you to turn off a switch and where the switch is and you can reset it by turning it off and then back on again and starting the car, it will then relevel the car.... lincoln has this on their vehicles, switch is supposed to be turned off before jacking the car ever. If there is no switch, then dealer needs to see the car. As for the lighting, it sounds like you might have cut or spliced into the wiring system for your lights. I would start by checking the fuse for those lights and seeing if its blown and replacing it. If it is the fuse, and you replace it and it blows again, you definately hooked up your wires wrong...maybe put a ground wire to a hot wire which will blow the fuse... if you can't find the problem, take the car to the dealer, it's under warranty still I am sure.
