First thing I would do is to pull the transmission pan to check for broken servo piston bolt/housing and any other metal bits in the pan.. Most electronics are controlled from the TCM and if the sensors for that unit are compromised then all the fault codes are likely to appear.

Have the brake pads checked, if they are ok you may have a faulty wheel bearing.

Is it clear water or does it have a color such as green, red, brown etc.?

Change the transaxle fluid & add a bottle of Red Lubgard Also do the Power Steering Fluid & add Lubegard to that Still there-- I would guess the trans is failing Too high a speed for a wheel hub bearing,but possible

Well, you are on the right path; the rubber seal around the windshield could indeed be deteriorating...what may be happening is the water is coming through the cowling and pooling up on the seal there...as the water sits, the seal deteriorates and eventually you will see water like you are now.

My recommendation to you is to take your Edge to a shop and ask them to look for a leak at the bottom seal of the windshield.
