The small screen showing the mileage and temperature on my ford focus stays on even after i lock the car. it seems to be staying on until the battery is wasted!
anyone with the same problem? any help?
Sorry not a solution, but same problem, also the radio light stays on, and also drains the battery, did you fix yours??

When I try to put a disk into my cars cd port it doesnt even react. Normally the cd player would pull the disk in and start playing. When I try to push the disk in manually it goes in but not to the point of playing, just in enough that I cant grab it. The eject button works some of the time, I can press it repeatedly and eventually it will spit the disk I just forced in back out. Since the motor works for ejecting I cant understand why it doesnt work the other way and pull my cd in. Its almost like it doesnt see the disk and isnt initiating the inward pull.
Car: 07 Ford Focus (single in-dash cd player)
you are correct it is not "seeing" the disk with it's infared sensor to repair this sensor you must disassemble the radio

FOR FORD FOCUS FUSE BOX DIAGRAM THE ONE IN THE MANUAL IS DIFFERENT 2007 FOCUS TITANIUM CAN U HELP
Ford just send one type owners manual for all sub-model's Focus: 2007-Ford-Focus-Owners-Manual (page 153 and next for FUSES)

What is radio fuse location (slot number) for a 2007 Ford Focus SE? This fuse box is located in the engine compartment.
There are fuses for the radio in the fuse panel inside the car. The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the CD stowage box to access the fuses. Fuse number 31, 20 amp, fuse 57, 7.5 amp, radio and cluster (accessory), fuse 62, 7.5 amp, Radio (Start). There is a Subwoofer fuse in the Power Distribution Box, number 11, 30 amp fuse.

ford focus 2007 fuse for cig lighter located
The fuse for the cig lighter is located in the fuse panel located inside the vehicle Location disciption below). The fuse you are looking for is in the number 47 position and should be a 20 amp fuse (see other picture below). This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not have an owners manual and would like a copy, you can email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. DTC B1994 is for a circuit fault for the left side-mount air bag. Take your vehicle to a local auto repair shop that can repair the Supplemental Restraint System or to a Ford dealership. Diagnosing and repairing this fault takes specialized tools.
