Dead turn signal and brake

Sounds like a bad Earth connection to the lamp fitting. Check for a poor/loose Earth wire bolt inside the body near the light. If possible disconnect, clean thoroughly both the terminal and where it connects to the bolt and reconnect.

Seatbelt removal

you will need to remove the panel covering the door post. usually two parts the upper from midway to the roof and the lower will cover bolts that attach the seat belt to the vehicle. Probably going to be an electrical connection also but just on the bottom. Replacing belt make sure it is in the right position or it will not work. test before replacing panels.

How do we reset a 2008 chevy express service tire

Not sure about your vehicle , but most chevys have a reset button in the fuse panel. It hase multiple functions , so you will have to check the owners manual or ask a chevy dealer the exact procedure. If memory serves me correctly , you push and hold the reset till the light flashes , then release and press it again. good luck

Tire pressure monitoring system needs service

Check to see if the sensors are reconnected. If they are, lower rear tire pressure to 55 to 60 and recheck status light. You will have to turn the engine off and back on to reset.

That is a stretch but it has worked for me on other Chev models.

P.S. Confirm 55 x units mbar KPa Psi with tire pressure gauge.

2009 chevy expres trailer wiring harness

Ask dealer if it has a towing package on it. If it does, you usually just pop fuse in under hood for electric brakes, and harness to adapt into is usually near or at rear bumper. Even if it doesn't have brake wire, you should still be able to install adapter at rear, for lights etc. which is available from dealer or auto supply places, then you may have to run electric brakes separate.

Does 2009 chevy.express have connection for electric brake?

Yes you will have to hook up a adapter. The only reason that you would not have to do this is if your vehicle came with the complete tow package, meaning shocks and tighter springs and everything else. But most of these models require a adapter to run electric brakes

1982 CHEVY EXPRESS VAN. Dinging or bell stops when I stop, & brake. IS THERE A FUSE I CAN PULL?

Question edited for clarity. Chimes are normally activated from the Body Control Module from information given by a switch or sensor, so pulling a fuse is not an option. https://www.google.com/search?q=1982+CHEVY+EXPRESS+VAN.+Dinging+bell ..
