Where is the cabin filter on a 2007 outlander
HI,
Please make sure you have proper screw drivers before you do this.
The cabin filter is located behind the gloves compartment. You have to empty it first and fully open it all the way down until you see a plastic cover with two screws.
Remove the screws and pull the cover and filter cartridge out.
Put in the new one, tight the two screws, raise the compartment back.

Paint issues with 2007 Outlander
There probably a whole batch of them from the factory that weren't prepped right for the final coat... I think it's a factory error. I would complain to the dealer and the company. I don't think they use any cheaper paint, and essentially use the same techniques in painting the vehicles.

The first thing you should do is have the codes read. Most auto parts stores and many repair shops will do this for free. After you have them read you can post them back here and I can help you figure out what might be going on.

Need to find wiring to and from fuel sending unit in2008 outlander
Hope this helps, the color code is at the bottom. I looked up your year--make--model in my database, 2.4L engine. At the main fuel level sensor at the bottom, the top wire should be voltage, the bottom black wire is ground. I did see a couple trouble codes for fuel level sensor, one was a po code, the other was manufacturer specific code. I know nothing about this vehicle other than what my database shows. good luck
Where is the Crankshaft sensor on a Mitsubishi outlander 07 es 3.0l v6 and how do I get to it
If you know anything about gasoline engines at all, I can tell you that the Crankshaft sensor is what replaced the distributor and cap on the engine. You find where the distributor would have been ad that's where the sensor now is. On the top of the distributor shaft. It's easy to get to and no problem to change, it's just a LOT more expensive than the old stuff. Typically only a couple of screws hold it down and you can't screw it up when you use the stuff that comes with the new sensor. Instructions come with it in a kit.
