what is not working the HVAC, heater blower is dead? that dead blower> if yes, then check fuses first, the one marked blower, is suspect.

by what means... must we guess that (dash, autozoned, a real tool) my guess, your scan tool is bad? what scan tool shows that.? name it. please. use a real scan tool and do not use anything else. only a real tool shows all codes stored. Pxxxx Bxxxx Uxxxx Cxxxx here xxxx is a 4 digit number.
