Why aren't tail lights working?
They are not working because either the bulbs have burnt out or they are not receiving power to turn them on. Check to see if you have power back there and take it from there. Throw in a good working bulb and see what happens.

Gas fumes inside cabin
You may have a defective vapor recovery system or a loose hose coupling between the filler and the tank. The recovery system can go bad after a lot miles/time. Also, overfilling the tank (going beyond 'one click') can damage the system.
I would replace the gas cap first, make sure it is the right kind, before having the VR system checked.

How to remove front seats
The seats are simply bolted to the floor. You'll need to remove the track trim pieces to see them. 14mm socket to remove them. The wiring can be disconnected easier once the seat is loose and can be tilted backward.

Seat bar not retracting
Typically there are plastic cable pulleys used in the seat retraction system that routinely fail. These have been replaced with metal ones by Honda, and are fairly cheap. Save yourself a ridiculous labor charge and go to www.ridgelineowersclub.com and search for seat - pulley - repair, etc. There are excellent descriptions on how to fix it. It will take about 30-45 min max. Make sure to replace BOTH pulleys for the rear seats. This forum is a priceless resource for Ridgeline owners.

Unknown operation of the front diff.
please ask again.
are you asking a driveline question, and is vastly complex. read it.
awd?
off the wiki, , does this help,?
the Ridgeline is powered by a transversely mounted J35A9, (2006-2008) J35Z5, (2009-present) 3.5 L V6 with a five speed automatic transmission. The all-wheel drive system operates in front-wheel drive mode under normal conditions and automatically transfers power to either rear wheel via a locking differential when it senses a loss of traction in the front. The VTM-4 system can be locked in first, second or reverse gears at speeds under 18 mph (29 km/h).
The VTM-4 lock (rear diff lock) works in full rear power mode up until 6 mph (9.7 km/h) then it gradually transitions to power to the front and releases the VTM-4 lock at 18 mph (29 km/h)

2013 Santa Fe Sport radio on am 670 cuts out and
cuts out ?well, all FM radios cut out for.:1: weak station.2: stereo can not be held in properly( can be bypassed on most RAD , pick mono)3: AGC drop out, same as #1on better radios (RTM) you can defeat these default features.set the FM to mono channel mode, and now you hear all stations.also kill the AGC mode. this allows you to hear the station. and static or both. like a Marconi radio of days of old.modern radios are programmed to blank weak stations.tis a fact. im a tech and tuned these features, for 50 years.ok the fix, 1: move closer to station2: get a better antenna (vast choices)3: go to station and turn the gain knob up and get arrested by FCC.

Honda ridgeline transfer case leak
I had a small leak in my 2006. I drove another 50-60k, leak never got worse...never dripped on ground.
I think it was a seepage.
I finally replaced it around 120k+, I got tired of shop 'informing' me of it. The gasket was pricey to replace.

My honda ridgeline tail light
Check the way you have installed the bulb.if it is a combination stop/tail light. It really only goes in one way as the pins are offset, however it can be forced.also check the wiring plug as it may have a dry joint in the wiring
