My fans are not coming
The radiator fans should come on before the engine temperature reaches the 3/4 mark on the temperature gauge. If the needle goes anywhere near the red your fans are not working and you need firstly to look at the thermostat, and then the fan relay.
My mechanic changed the pvc
It stands for Antilock Braking System
First I would make sure the person plugged the ABS sensor back in after finishing the boot.
If they did not plug it in the ABS light will definitely come on.
If this is not the case than you should have the computer scanned by a a shop or a technician with access to a scanner that does ABS systems.

Hi, i would replace the air filter, make sure the air hose from the air filter to the intake is not kinked or blocked and check for vacuum leaks. If these are all fine, I would check the fuel pressure as it is possible the pump is weak and not supplying enough fuel.

if it is not in the glove box you can buy a cheap replacement on ebay, or steal one out of a similar unlocked car in a parking lot. did you even try looking on the company website?

Once the code/problem is cleared, the system will reset, and the light will go off.

Since banging in the fuse cover fixes it means that you have a bad contact (not a short, just a loose wire or fuse) in it. Take it apart (make a detailed drawing with where each wire is going where) and crimp a little bit more all the connectors before plugging them back.

Check that the power reaches the ignition key switch. Next check that the ignition key is functional and powers the ECM when turned. Finally check that the starter is operational. If al are functional then something is wrong with the ECM and for that the codes must be read.
All this must be done by somebody that has some experience in car electrics, don't mess with them unless you know what you're doing or have a really big lot of cash around to fix what you are going to damage.
Best would be to tow your car to a shop.

There is a problem with the anti theft system. This is the system that prevents the car from starting if the ignition lock cylinder is damaged when someone trys to steal the car.
You can try and do a relearn; it may let the car start after this relearn. The most common cause for this concern is the ignition lock cylinder, it has a computer sensor inside that goes bad, you have to replace the cylinder and program it.
To reprogram/relearn, put on the parking brake (this will keep the headlights from coming on and draining the battery), try to start the car, leave the key in the "on" position. The security light should not be flashing. Wait for ten minutes, the light should turn off. At this time, turn the key off for 2 seconds and try to restart. At this point, the car may start, if not let the key stay in the "on" position again for ten mins until the light turns off. Again turn the key off and try to start the car. It may take 3 times for the system to relearn, Or Repeat this process 2 more times, a total of 24-30 minutes all together. After the security light has gone out the third time, you should be able to start the car. Hope this works for you if you try 3 times and still no start, you will have to replace the ignition lock cylinder.
