With the parking brake off you have to spray a real lot of liquid wrench to dissolve the rust from years of not lubricating it then add more slack if you don't have the emergency brake cable tool to remove the spring loaded part at the caliper you can use needle nose pliers or a door panel clip cat claw to get in between the bracket and spring to push it back to get the nose of the cable out of the bracket but it's much easier to buy the tool at a parts store maybe $20.00 but makes life easier you can also make one from a piece of steel that's about 6"long and as wide as a ruler round off the top edges measure from the edge down to1/4 & then to 1/2" use a 5/16" drill bit and drill a hole in between your 1/4 &1/2" marks now at the top after you drilled the hole in the center use a metal saw blade to cut a line down to that drilled hole wide enough for the cable to fit through it this should now look like a thermometer end a round hole with a slice going to the top of the metal now use it to slide in between the spring and bracket to pull the spring back and release the cable I told you this because the tool might not be available where ever you are and could take a week to be shipped so in a half hour or so you could make one okay good luck stephen

Bleeder valves are usually fitted to the cooling system to aid refilling and they are released to expel air trapped in the system. Unless air is bled from the system this way it is unlikely it will self-bleed or circulate properly.

Coolant reservoir or degassing tank is usually where the filling point and pressure cap is and a bleed valve would be rather redundant placed there. Not sure what you have there on your car unless it is a blanked off bypass port...

Check the fuse and relay there is also a cable attached on it to a gear assembly if it needs to be replaced as a system you must index mark it for disassembly and reassembly this is a very difficult repair to do so check all the electrical stuff first before you try this search your manual for the fuse and relay locations for your year 2003-05 are the same also lincolnonline.com, gives you the procedure to follow

People will tell you to bounce on them. That's a valid test for shocks but not struts. See this post on how to test struts with a driving test.

Generally a leaking line will not pump up, much like a punctured balloon. A spray bottle of soapy water will be your friend discovering the issue.
If the bag does not raise at all, check to see that the pump continues to run. If it cycles, then adjust the control's position. Follow the air lines from the bags.
If the air pump runs constantly, then you have a major leak, a damaged air line, omitted O-ring, etc.
The most common problem with leaking air bags is not the bag itself. The most frequent issue is the O-ring on the air lines. I will assume that the new bags came with new O-rings? Did you replace the ones at the pump and at the Tee? O-ring problem are usually slow, sometimes over night.

Condensate drains usually come out the bottom of the firewall behind the engine, just above the bellhousing. It will be a small plastic tube. They can be a bit hard to get to. Easier if the car is up on a hoist or on ramps.
