check to see what circuit you have missing frst ie the earth to the sigarette light or the power feed

The outside of the holder will be earth and if all the fuses are ok it still will not work if the earth has gone

Sounds to me like the brake light switch is shorted and needs to be replaced. The brake light switch should be under the knee bolster above the brake pedal. Go to your nearest dealer and get a brake light switch and swap it out.

This is the control unit for the xeon headlamp. If the wiring is broken then you need another control unit. Do not attempt to repair these as they store very high voltages .

There is a fuse that you should check on the back of the radio. some times this blows and causes strange problems.

If possible remove the intercooler and remove the fuel line. place a bottle over the fuel line and have someone turn on the key and see if fuel comes out. If fuel comes out I would check fuel pressure on the fuel rail. Set pressure 3.5 bar. if all checks out then try replacing injectors.

When these lights come on together often times you need to replace a wheel speed sensor. check for the blue connectors under each fender well and make sure all of them are plugged in. 90% that I have seen are the front sensors that go bad, but you will not know unless codes are pulled by the dealer. You have water ingress into boot release microswitch, pretty common failure. Easy to replace. remove the rubber boot just now to let the water out.

Are your lights on when this happens, if so its a short in the boot opening mech requires a new boot handle.

A lot of times the rear grab handle has cracked or is not tight enough to the car and has had water get to the connection. The connector becomes corroded and shorts itself causing the boot to open by itself.
