the acura rdx has a timing chain and doesnt need to be changed like the belts due you should have an extremely longlife from your timing chain

There is fluid rated for colder temps than -20,switch to that and if needed they do sell windshield washer fluid heaters for really cold temps.
If all is good but the washer sprayers like to freeze,and if they are mounted on the hood,wire an 1157 bulb under the hood at each sprayer,the heat from each bulb should keep them unfrozen.

it will have codes but the scanner in use doesn't have the right protocol for reading them
Indicates a faulty ambient air temp or BARO sensor so there will be codes

could be the wire to the temp SENDER unit has fallen off, broken off or the sender unit is faulty

it could be the sender or the wire that connects to the sender ( a brass nut with threads that screw into the engine ) have a look at these images and you will see what they look like,please remember you will not see the threads as its screwed into the engine block. hope this helps

remove cop (coil over plug)
blow the sand out of the spark well
unscrew spark plug, CCW, counter clockwise. RHT
gap new plug to under hood sticker spec.
put back, set torque to spec, 15- ft/lb most cars, look it up.
