The center high brake lamp is not working and the bulbs are good
Check the ground wire, if there is one, if not, the light uses the screws as the ground. Most likely, whichever your car uses is dirty. Also check and see if there is power coming to the light with your test light. There is also a chance that the sockets are just dirty and you need to wiggle the bulbs around to give a good connection. I am guessing that it is something with the ground connection though.
What to do when air conditioning vents on 2005 chevrolet silverado1500/v6 ?
It is all electronic these days an electric motor is controled by the selector on the dash. Remove the dash surround: gear selector in 1st engine off, tile steering wheel down, push down FIRMLY on the top of surround and pull towards you and off it comes. Remove the two screws that hold the heater/air cond. control in, there are 4 plastic clips as backup release them and gently remove the control, inspect for loose connectors (there are 2) it helps to run the blower to see if you have found the problem- I did.
Poor fuel economy
If there is a vac leak or a split in the hose between the intake and the MAF you can get a code for the sensor. The code is saying the data from the sensor is not what it should be, not necessarily that the sensor has failed.Clogged air filter or box could cause a problem too.
Removing a stuck Cd from car factory stereo
There is no "standard proceedure" for this. The last time I had one of these it was because of a defective eject switch in the CD player. I removed the unit and took it to an electronics repair shop, where the technician disassembled the unit to get the CD out and replaced the eject switch.
