Wipers stop in the middle of my wishield, will not park properly

Sorry , no adjustment . Wiper/Washer System Components The Wiper / Washer System consists of the following components: • Windshield wiper / washer switch • Windshield wiper system module / motor • Windshield washer fluid pump • Windshield washer fluid level switch • WPR 25A fuse Wiper / Washer System Operation The windshield wiper motor module is part of the windshield wiper motor cover and controls the wiper motor operation. The windshield wiper motor is a 2 speed motor. Windshield wiper DELAY operation is a low speed wiper motor function with a variable delay interval between the wipe cycles. The DELAY interval is controlled through a series of resistors within the wiper / washer switch. Park Position Operation When the windshield wiper / washer switch is turned to the OFF position while the wiper motor is somewhere in mid-cycle, the wiper motor module will continue to operate the wiper motor until the wipers reach the park position. If the ignition is turned off while the wipers are in mid-cycle, the wipers will stop immediately where they are. The wipers will park the next time the ignition is cycled to the ON position. 05 buick cen.Turn key and nothing nopower,panellights,radio.Nothing.Pull key out and open door chime comes on,put in and it goes off

Gremlins ! No ! You want to know how this is possible ? The ignition switch is a low voltage input to the BCM - body control module ! Going by which position you have the key in ACCY , ON , run or start . The BCM system will control relays to turn on power to different parts of the vehicle ! The place to start would be to hook up a professional type scan tool that can communicate with the BCM . Could have U codes stored in one or more of the modules on the vehicle ! Do you know what a power mode master PPM is , BCM ! BCM Functions The body control module (BCM) performs multiple body control functions. The BCM can control devices directly connected to its outputs based on input information. The BCM evaluates this information and controls certain body control systems by commanding outputs on or off. The BCM control inputs can be: • Sensors and switches that are directly connected to the BCM • Class 2 serial data received from other vehicle systems connected to the class 2 serial data link. The BCM is also capable of controlling other vehicle systems that are not directly wired to the BCM. The BCM does this by sending specific messages on the class 2 serial data link. The system capable of performing the required function will respond to the BCM message. Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a Buick dealer ! Power Mode Master This vehicles BCM fuctions as the Power Mode Master (PMM). Refer to Power Mode Description and Operation for a complete description of power mode functions.

Sounds like a ticking noise from transmission

Probably not the tranny. Check the drive shaft to see if a bit of trash has wrapped itself around the shaft causing it to slap the bottom of the vehicle when moving.

Stalls at stops sometimes hard to restart

Have it hooked up to a diagnostic scan tool ,check engine sensor data parameters . Fuel pressure test it as well ! Check for vacuum leaks .When it stalls have you try pushing on the gas pedal a little an then trying to start it then ? Not to the floor because this cuts off fuel injectors .

Can't start car at time

The security picture is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterprets this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. This link explains it pretty well. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

My headlights and running lights don't work and my high beams barely stay on. Sometimes I have to hold up the high beam lever to make them stay on. I have checked the circuit breakers and they are not

On this model the headlight switch provides ground for the lights. You have a right and left 15amp fuse for the headlights, not circuit breakers. The parking lights use 3 different fuses. The headlight switch sends power to the body computer which activates a parking lamp relay. Those components would need to be tested to verify the problem.
