What made you think replacing a fuse would solve the problem? was the fuse blown? is it blown again? because if this is true, there is something causing the fuse to blow. If you did not measure the fuse, it still could be in worhing order and something else is defect. Not being with your car, and no diagnostic tool attached, we could make it a guessing game, but it would not help you. I'm afraid you need a technical persons with the right gear, to find out what is wrong. Not a computer and a website. Sorry

Assuming you see liquid somewhere, it can only be one or more of these fluids: Fuel (gasoline) Oil Coolant (water/anti-freeze) Normally, these three are separate, and all can leak. Depending on the quantity of the leak, only fuel is truly dangerous because it can catch fire easily. Minor oil leaks can be ignored for years, as long as you check oil and add as needed. Minor coolant leaks can also be ignored, as long as you keep the level up. Coolant leaks are typically caused by hoses getting old, and replacing radiator hoses isn't difficult, just messy. Oil leaks are often harder, though the last one I fixed turned out to be trivial (oil filter loose).

it is the immobilizer indicator ( red light far right hand corner of dash) it usally means that key is not communicating with computer , try another key ? or if your battery went dead this could cause communacation failure? check your ground to battery and then leave battery disconnected for a few hours , and if there is someone who can scan for codes and wright down any that are there and then clear codes, it can also just be a computer failure that has triggered that light.

this sounds like you may have a problem with the BCM that controls body systems. check to see if there are any codes in the BCM as this will help to find the problem. be aware that it could be a communication problem with other modules on the vehicle and the BCM causing this.

most likely fuse , if fuse OK then relay can be the cause or horn switch, last the horn has gone bad needs replacement.
