If the signal lights are working the fuse will be good. If none of the lights are working on the dash it will be a fuse. Try gently moving the signal light arm up/down just a tiny bit to see if the indicator light/s will come on. If they do, suspect a signal switch

A 50/50 mix of Ethylene Glycol and distilled water is what you'd want. Brands like Prestone and Zerex are available premixed in that 50/50 ratio and available at any good auto parts store or Walmart. Prestone Extended Life Prediluted Antifreeze Coolant

The first code 77 is not valid. The other one is low system voltage. This could be a bad connection, bad battery, bad alternator and it could be causing the other code. Get the battery and alternator tested first. Then you need to use a meter to check connections from the fuse boxes.

Try running a fuel system cleaner in the fuel and clean out the injectors. This may cure the problem.

Or the amperage output on the alternator is going bad, this can be check for free at a car parts store.

You have to pull the tank out of the vehicle ! should have just two or three screws or bolts holding it in !
