Why my 2000 gmc serria 1500 jerking on start of driving problem
I don't understand what you mean by "jerking on start driving". Are you saying that it only jerks when you take off from a start when cold or all the time? How does it run after that? Need more detailed information. My best guess at this point would be to start with a fuel filter. Sounds fuel related to me.

How to change feul tanck onGMC2000
pick up trucks are probably the easiest fuel tanks to replace because its already high enough to work on. first remove gas from tank then remove fill tube and vent tube from tank by loosening both hose clamps on each rubber hose (allows hose to move) spray a little wd-40 on hose ends and pry off when you start to drop tank in a few minutes next try to spray top of bolts that hold the straps in place by the rear-end then remove bolts (place a floor jack with a block of wood on it in center of tank to hold in place first) swivel straps out of the way. next lower tank a little bit pry hose off from earlier then disconnect the quick connectors that hold the fuel lines on unplug wire harness then lower jack and tank. You will probably have to pull jack out from under tank to get the tank on the ground is you can get it out from under the truck. hope this help and please rate my solution. THanx

Service 4 whell drive on dash I replaced front actuator and encoder motoron gmc sierra but still no 4 wheel drive I also changed the dash switch all fuses are good what ami missing?
The 4WD transfer case encoder motor position sensor or the selector switch may fail causing the service 4WD message to be displayed. Fault code(s) stored in the transfer case control module will be of assistance in determining the exact fault causing the message to be displayed.
I have found out that usually the two ground wires that are attached to the frame right under the front of the driver's door is the culprit that causes the 4wd selector switch in the dash to go bad. Chevy had the bright idea of applying the undercoating and/or not cleaning the point of contact of the ground wires before they bolted them to the frame therefore overtime moisture, dirt and corrosion affects the contacts of the threads of the bolts which are the only source of ground the two sets of wires have. There are 2 things you will need to do. First you will need to take the bolts out and use a wire brush to clean down to the metal of the frame as well as the bold threads and ends of the wire attachments and then reattach the ground wires to the frame (time to complete - less than 5 minutes). Second you will need to replace the 4wd selector switch in the dash. You can purchase this online from Amazon (Dorman 901-062 4-wheel drive switch for $31.15 - no tax or shipping and handling). To replace, gently pull the outer trim of the dash out by using just your fingers. You do not need to completely remove it, just pull it out far enough so that you can pull the old switch out of it slot. Then unplug the two plugins located in the back of the switch. Plug them into the new switch and push the switch back into the slot and then push the trim back into place (time to complete - less than 5 minutes). This should take care of your problem. Most often, people make the mistake of just switching out the dash switch and when that does not correct the problem they then replace the more expensive and time consuming actuator motor and location indicator on the transfer case that does not need to be replaced. I should point out that when the Service 4WD light comes on

HOW DO I CHECK OIL PRESSURE
Connect a manual oil pressure gauge to the port that the pressure sender is connected to. It's located behind the distributor on the top of the intake manifold.

What engine is this? If the crank reluctor wheel moves independently of the crankshaft, you've got some internal engine problems. The reluctor wheel is a press fit to the crankshaft and should only move when the crankshaft does.

Service 4x4 light is on
There is a small printed circuit board behind the 4 wheel drive button cluster in the dash. Sometimes that board will crack and brake one of the foil conductors. When this happens you get the service 4 wheel drive code. If you remove that circuit board and inspect closely you might be able to find the crack and clean it off and solder it back together to get rid of the code. Make sure before you start you disconnect the battery cable to avoid other damage.

Lean banks 1 & 2. Most likely a vacuum leak, but could be a dirty or bad MAF sensor, clogged injector(s), bad O2s(although I doubt 2 go bad at the same time), etc. Those are always fun to diagnose. I would focus on the vacuum hoses and try cleaning the MAF elements with CRC MAF cleaner or electrical contact cleaner.

Where is the fuel pressure sensor located on 2000
They didn't have a fuel pressure sensor in 2000.... are you referring to the fuel tank pressure sensor? That sensor measures the vacuum/pressure in the fuel tank and is related to evaporative emission control. That sensor is externally located directly on top of the fuel pump on top of the fuel tank. It has a 3-wire connector plugged into it.

Have to push clutch all the way to floor to get in
I am assuming that you have a hydraulic clutch. You may have a fluid leak in the clutch system. Leaks often develop at either the master cylinder end at your foot, or the slave cylinder end at the gearbox. Once any piston seals have been replaced or master/slave cylinders have been replaced then the system will need to be bled and this should then rectify the issue.

Fuel gauge isn't working right
Some of those GM trucks have a problem with the stepper motor on the instrument cluster sticking. Its pretty simple to change them- a bit touchy tho. order them on amazon for about 3 bucks or take it to a mechanic and he'll put a new cluster in for 150-350 bucks. I just replaced the coolant gauge motor on my 04 Yukon. eureka its fixed.
