Hi, The throw out bearing should not have been affected with anything that you have described.Quick note about bleeding: Bench bleed the master cylinder, then never let it run dry.Anyways, you seem to have too many things happening at once. I worry about the clutch itself. When they wear, travels of things line throwout bearings become excessive.If by stuck you mean beyond fully extended, certainly a clutch.If by stuck you mean it is released and will not engage, maybe not a clutch...Make sense?Essentially, you need the clutch to work correctly, sometimes you just gotta rip it apart and redo it.

If there is no power to the fuse boxes then there maybe a heavy fuse link near the positive battery terminal.

Engine Timinging needs retarding

replace the high beam switch which causes this problem. Also clean the terminals for the directional light bulb. That will cause a negative continuity to the bulb

Did they tell you what it needed ? Was it the speed sensor in the transaxle ?

the water pump has what they call a weep hole it will drip anti freeze when the seal goes bad

The price he listed you could have also included the labor charge, I would check around with other shops as well as the dealership but also be warned that not all parts sold online are quality parts specially if they are coming out of china.
