Auto fuses are pretty standard. Take the old one to any parts place and they'll be able to match it.

Do you get any check engine lights when this happens?

try changing the fuel filter which is next to the pump its unlikley its the pump more likley muck in the fuel line which is blocking filter starving the engine making it cut out

What about it? Read the panel inside the driver's side door or the owners manual. It varies according to wheel and tyre type.

Did it make the noise and THEN you changed the pads? Or did you change the pads and then it started making the noise? If it started after changing the pads, try sanding the pad surfaces lightly with sandpaper. If they are too smooth, it will cause a squeak.
