Power window wont work
The most common problems with these windows are the window motors themselves, followed by the window switch.. Beyond that it is very hard to determine the problem without actually being there to diagnose it. Always start the testing by checking for blown fuses or bad mini breakers or relays.
AC problem
Check under the dash to see if the duct work for the vents has come loose.
The check engine light stays
Hope the oil filter was changed and with the OE type and the correct oil grade.
If so the oil pressure switch can be clogged and so produce the check engine light.
When applying brakes the steering vibrates as it can be due to faulty linkages in steering column, problem in the hydralics pump or fault in the steering rod bearings.
finally the weird noise from rear can be from a faulty exhaust , leak or poor joint in the exhaust or vibration of the exhaust with loose mountings.
2002 Dodge Caravan Transmission not upshifting
Hello,
I also was concerned about my tranny in my 1998 dodge caravan. I replaced the fluid & filter and it worked for a while. I finally had to bring it to AAMCO Transmission and they gave me a free evaluation of it & an estimate for the job. I had the option of ignoring their evaluation results and bring it home or just bite the bullet and have it repaired. I thought I could get a lot more miles out of it so I had it fixed for $1400 with no regrets.
Perhaps if you can find a similar place with free evaluation & estimate then that would be the thing to do as you seemed to have covered all the other bases.
Good Luck!

Rad and horn
They are two different circuits and not related. Have you checked the relays for each circuit ?
I cannot find the turn
The turn signal flasher/relay is located in the fuse and relay panel under the dash on the drivers side.
Oillight is on and its dinging
I'M guessing that is oil change or oil service light you are sking aboutyou have to reset it like this
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, do not start the engine.
- Fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds.
- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.
NOTE: If the indicator
message illuminates when you start the vehicle, the oil change
indicator system did not reset. If necessary repeat this procedure.
Too much pressure coming out of fuel cap when opening
It's not unusual if the tank has been in a hot location. What's the weather like where you are at? If it's been warm, this may be normal, just make sure you open the cap slowly. If you open it and liquid is shooting out, that needs to be looked at.
