You should start with you fuse block itself. For that many different things to be not working the one thing they have in common is the fuse box. if the fuses are good you may have a faulty fuse box itself. Use a voltmeter and test the slots to the fuses for each electrical item. If you dont have voltage going to your fuses then the box needs replacing. If you do then either fuses need replacing or damaged or broken wiring.

I was going to ask what licking meant, but I decided you mean it is leaking oil.Where is the leak coming from ?

What was your temp gauge reading on the vehicle when this occured?It could be a small plastic blend door in the dash that is operated by a small motor that when you turn your switch to hot the door moves to allow the heat from your heater core to be blown through ducts into your cab. Sometimes these can be calibrated sometimes he plastic door brakes. BUT i would start by bringing the vehicle up to operating temp first and checking it then.

It's at the back of transmission,to remove,disconnect electrical connector,get wrench and unscrew and remove.Here's what it looks like.

If you have power in aux position(ex.)radio works but doesn't when you put the key in the start position,the ignition switch is bad,the contacts are warn out for starting/cranking&run positions,these are used everytime you start your car,but auxillary is ony used once in awhile(ex.)your sitting listening to music while waiting for someone to come,but if you do have radio in the run position,but no cranking/starting you could have a blown resistor on fire wall or fuse for ignition,or the starter has called it quits,good luck I don't know if the starter is clicking rapid or just one click or just no power not cranking or cranking a better description of everything that happens will make this alot easier
