What is code po700
It means there is at least one transmission code set in the TCM's memory. P0700 is an informational code only. More diagnosis is necessary to identify what the transmission fault is. This requires a scan tool that will communicate with the transmission module

Why does the factory radio cause electrical hiccups?
try it on with the sound very low. If it causes no problems that way I would guess it is the output circuitry.
HOWEVER, for that to affect the electrical system without blowing the fuse someone must have put a penny in the fuseholder.

I have a 2003 dodge neon 2.0l 16v engine that cranks over but will not start any ideas?
P0108 (M) MAP Sensor Voltage Too High, P0118 (M) ECT Sensor Voltage Too High Engine coolant temperture sensor input above the
maximum acceptable voltage, P0123 (M) Throttle Positon Sensor Voltage High Throttle position sensor input above the maximum
acceptable voltage range, P0522 Oil Pressure Sensor Low Oil pressure sensor input below acceptable voltage. Sounds like you have an electrical problem, either computer failure or bad sensors. It's hard to believe that you gained so many sensors just from replacing the cylinder head. Disconnect your battery for one minute, then reconnect. Try driving it down the road.

WHAT CAUSES CAR TO SHUT DOWN WHILE DRIVING?
Fuel not flowing to the engine. I had a Cutlass (for a week) that would shut down for no apparent reason. After being towed 4x, I told the garage to drop the gas tank and flush it out, since I thought it might be bad gas that the previous owner could have purchased. When I returned, they showed me a handful of small tinfoil balls that were floating in the tank. Whenever I accelerated, the tinfoil balls were sucked into the screen that protected the gas line from foreign objects being sucked into the engine. I knew it was fuel related but, I had to convince the mechanics. I'm sure you don't have tinfoil in your gas but, you may have a clogged fuel filter if you bought gas when the tanks at the gas station were almost empty. I'm betting your problem is fuel related, in some way. Find a mechanic you can trust. Good luck, John!

Why wont it accelerate when ac or heat is on
the alternator may not be charging and so when extra components are turned on the battery has to give out more power instead of the alternator working ,taking power away from the ignition system

Bad fuel injection symptoms
P0202 is something wrong with cylinder 2 injector circuit malfunction. I would start with checking the wires on the number 2 cylinder making sure the connector is clean and plugged in. Also check and see if the spark plug is wet if it is dry off plug and put back in because it was not firing.
