I would bypass the low cycling switch and service the ac first,or use direct power and ground to inspect the clutch, just make sure your compressor is not locked up first.

This kind of cars the gas pedal is electronic, that means there is no metal cable to the carb. the first thing is check for any disconnected wire harness at the pedal or on the engine compartment at the throttle body everything looks fine the pedal could be defective

It doesn't have a "fuse" specific to the purge valve solenoid. What he is telling you is that you need to have this circuit troubleshot. Either the PCM the wiring going to the purge valve solenoid, or the purge valve solenoid itself is malfunctioning.

This requires a scanner, a digital volt ohm meter and some knowledge of when the purge valve actuates and under what conditions.

The car must be running and operating at cruising speed before the PCM sends a command to the purge valve to operate. Some scanners have the ability to send a request to the PCM to actuate the purge valve, but that scanner is usually a dealer's or equivalent.

I am assuming that this vehicle has an electronic throttle control rather than an actual throttle cable.

You will need to get access to a scanner and check the code to determine whether you have a defective throttle position indicator at the pedal itself, wiring problems between the pedal and the PCM and the actuator to the throttle itself. You will also need access to a manual, and a good digital volt ohm meter.

If the vehicle has a mechanical braided cable on the side of the throttle, then you need to check for a broken throttle cable and replace if necessary.

check your radio fuses-one under hood and another under dashboard.usually after power cut you have to re-enter radio security code to get it going again most car scanners can retrieve it if you don't have on.
