is it the steering lock try jiggling the steering wheel while gently turning the key.

The immobilizer is many parts. The key, ignition switch, the BCM, and the PCM. You can find codes for this on the internet. too many to list. It takes a scanner to retrieve the codes for security.

First check to see if something came unplugged,or not all the way plugged in. because if all the trouble is coming from steering wheel.That would be my guess. Or there could be a short in the plug. Trace the the wires going to steering column to see if you can find the loose or pinched wires.

Check bearing connection,if you plug in right,#1 could bent pin is side,#2 broken wire check where loops wires!!!! #3 bad module.

Seals worn and leaking or hoses damaged or hose connections leaking or hydraulic rack leaking. Need inspection to determine exactly where the leak, then buy replacement part(s) and have installed...and replacement power steering fluid too and consider replacing the serpentine belt that drives it at same time.

check for the release wire fully releasing the lock on that side. when you pull on the release lever it is to pull both release locks so the seat will move.

pushing on the horn pad and listening you should hear the relay click. if so then find the horn and hit it while someone is pushing the horn pad. if it starts to work the horn diaphragm has dried out and needs replacing. if not then use a test light and check the power to the horn. if you have power and ground then the horn is bad. if not check for which ever one is missing until you find the broken or shorted wire.

Never heard this one before. So I guess. First swap the starter relay (under the hood) with another one like it. If it starts fast, replace the relay. If not, I would be looking at the ignition switch. Either one is not making a good contact.

Check the fuel pressure as running a fuel pump on empty can damage the pump. Fuel pumps are designed to use the fuel as lubrication and cooling for the pump.

Nothing to do with a tune up would cause the wipers to go dead. Check the fuse first. After that would be the wiper motor.

sounds like it's in limp mode check engine light on? any trouble codes stored in the ecu / ecm? free scan at the local autozone or advance auto parts store for that

Did you let the fuel nearly run out, or run out completely? When the fuel level is very low, the sediment is drawn into the fuel sock at the fuel pump inside the fuel tank, clogging it, then clogging the fuel filter, and possibly the injectors can be damaged. You didn't put diesel fuel into it, and you did use the correct grade of fuel. Just asking? You may consider installing a new fuel filter. Before installing it, fill it with fuel injector cleaner-to give the system a good cleaning. This may help to clean up some of the problem. More information always helps. Mileage, recent repairs, how it has been performing prior to any problems, etc. If it's not tied to the fuel system or the fuel just installed, check the catalytic converter and exhaust system.
