How to remove passenger side wheel well cover on car
Look for the black push in tabs...these can be removed by prying up the center pin with a small screw driver then slide needle nose under the pin and push up...after removing all of the tabs, you can pull the cover out to remove...to reinstall, you just have to push the pins back into place, last tap on the center pin to resecure...replacement if needed are available on the parts "Help wall" at most autp parts stores...Hope this helps.

1999 Oldsmobile intrigue 3.5 LTR V6 Will Click Once, Wont Crank and Will Not Start.
I think probably not the starter, the battery is dying. The old alternator was possibly OK, but it never hurts to have a new one.
The behavior you describe is absolutely classic for a dying battery, which will not retain a charge. If you are sure for some reason that it is in fact OK, the only other answers are worn out contacts at the bottom of the solenoid, or a dead segment in the starter motor.
Hi. Where is it upstream oxygen sensor blank 1 sensor 1 oldsmobile intrigue 99 3.5
Bank 1 is where the number 1 cylinder is. This is nearest the radiator on a GM. The sensor should be on the exhaust manifold or just after in the exhaust. Sensor 1 is the upstream sensor (nearest the engine, and for keeping the fuel/air mixture right), sensor 2 is called the downstream sensor and is always after the catalytic converter. You may have two sensor 1's,one for each engine bank, and then two sensor 2's-if you have dual exhaust.
Where is the headlight relay switch located on a 1999 oldsmobile intrigue
Looking at my Olds Intrigue 1998 Service Manual (Volume 1 of 3), I believe Oldsmobile calls what you describe as either the "Headlamp Switch Turn Signal Lever" (part #1 on the exploded view), or the "Headlamp and Turn Signal Switch" (part #2 on the exploded diagram on page 8-53 of the first volume of the Service Manual). I had to order a "turn signal switch" to get my horn to work from the steering wheel (it worked from the remote), and I'm thinking that your part is also part of the "turn signal switch."
It's on top of the steering column (under the shroud-like plastic), right behind the steering wheel from where you sit in the car. It takes a mechanic about 1.5 hours to replace it and it's tough for you to do if you don't own the right tools and know how to get to it. (I never got it figured out.)
If the white printing on the turn signal lever is a bit worn, it's a good clue that what it controls has had wear, and you may need to replace it soon anyway.. You also might check with the store you are getting the part from to make sure.
Best wishes!
