Sounds like it has no spark, use code reader to check for diagnostic fault codes

Dipped probably means low beam . If the bulb is good you need to check for power and ground to the bulb connection .

I'm sure the throttle flap is stuck closed. just move the lever on the side of the throttle. If it turns over faster than normal that is usually what it is.

are you saying that the brake calliper body has the special bolts holding it to the axle housing that you cannot undo and you cannot move the callipers back off the discs to get the discs off to get the correct tool to do the job , ask a brake specialist shop for the tool size

the brake system flush is acceptable but the condition of the transmission oil is the clue if it is supposed to be red but is brown and smells a flush id in order it the oil is tan colour but doesn't smell burnt that will be the colour of the oil go to a brake specialist shop for a quote to flush the brake system and an specialist auto tranny shop for a quote then see if the dealer quote is close

2006 jetta alarm randomly arms

its the battery in the alarm it has an alarm backup battery built in to the alarm when it fails it sets off the alarm, its in the siren part unit. its not usually replaceable but you can break it open and replace the battery or disconnect the unit, but the alarm will not go off, and it does not have a back up alarm horn.

Crank sensor has nothing to do with the EPC. I'd think it is one of the pedal potentiometers. Start by doing a scan.

yes ignoring lights leads to complacency and a large repair account that could have been avoided if attention was paid in the first place exhaust light codes are in the p1400 list and refer to the EGR valve system ( exhaust gas recirculation) I would find an accredited service center that has experience on your make of car and have the fault codes read and the problem properly diagnosed what you dealer stated about the gas cap is an EVAP issue and if he didn't read the codes first , he has done you a disservice and not attended to your concerns properly
